All structures start with the lowest level and work up to the highest in descending order, with exception of ethos buildings.

POWER
These buildings provide power for the rest of your structures, and must be built first.

Basic Power Plant

Using standard, pre-spaceflight era resources, this structure creates a very small amount of power.

Using cold fusion, this reactor creates a very large amount of power.

Using zero-point energy and the forces of gravity, this reactor creates an extremely large amount of power.
