- Set of tools

- training in basic unarmed and 'one handed' (pistols and machine pistols) weaponry combat
- experience in typical small repairs on weaponry and gear

- T flags or equivalent if such will be in use

Write a detailed in-canon backstory how your character obtained these authorizations:(One - Two paragraphs)

Joseph Dell was born to Mary and Jason Dell in the Mormon settlement of New Caanan. As is obvious, he was raised as a devout Mormon and was initially brought up to be a farmhand on the family farm with his two brothers, Jason Dell Jr. and Marty, as well as a younger sister, Lucia, and lived a happily enough existence there learning the teachings of Jesus Christ and Joseph Smith and all that good stuff by whatever means those at the Church could cobble together and more or less believed them without question. Upon turning 16, he was (as all males were) trained in the use of small arms and other means of self defense by his father, as was tradition among many families, though it was not until he was 18 that he was gifted his own .45 Auto Pistol by his father.

Jason always harbored an interest in the work of the flourishing trade companies as he grew up, and shortly after his 18th he managed to convince his father to let him sign up with one of them as an apprentice trader, under the condition he 'spread the good word' to all those that would listen out there. Fair enough, he thought, and within the week was off, out of the settlement for the first time.

Over the next few years, Jason would work under an aging trader who taught him what he knew with regards to trading and generating a profit, offering a wealth of information. The caravan would travel all around California and Nevada, though for Jason said traveling was not the most pleasant experience. New Caanan was relatively stable and peaceful, so leaving this comfort zone resulted in major culture shock. Suddenly, everything wasn't so cut and dry anymore. Death and cruelty was everywhere, yet even communities that embraced no god were doing fine enough, and ones that did were still susceptible to losing everything. Despite what he had been taught, many of those who did not follow his beliefs or even went directly against them were living their lives perfectly fine! It made him question his faith, and his mentor, who had long shook off such a thing, encouraged Jason to believe in what he actually believed, not what he was told to. It remained a thought in the back of his mind.

Jason was on a caravan route when the Legion destroyed Caanan, and the news reached him about a week after. He was completely devastated many-fold.. though an amount of mormons DID escape the sacking, they had to go in hiding to avoid being picked off, and thus he had no clue if any of his family made it. After scavengers poked through the ruins and found almost no bodies to speak of (most killed during the raid were later burned out of spite), he assumed they all died, never yet finding out for sure.

This event also caused him to almost completely lose his faith. If there were a God, why would he let this happen, and so on and so forth. This, coupled with the Legion openly executing Mormons, caused him to wisely ditch all of his religious items and keep his origin unsaid. He resigned from the trader company where he had since become a fully fledged trader and struck out on his own to find a purpose, perhaps make a business of his own. Though, he kept a sort of dormant contact line with them in the event he would need a supplier.

List the pros of these authorizations:
- Good for RP and the economy
- Negotiation skills and neutral position could help with bargaining and diplomacy

List the cons of these authorizations:
- Not very well suited for combat all things considered, best in a more or less passive role from the getgo

Do you understand that if you abuse these authorizations, you can and will have them removed from your character or killed outright?: Yes.

Write a 10-15 line /me scenario of you making use of the above authorizations:

Jason plunks down at a shoddily made workbench, setting down his toolkit.
Removing a dirtied and jammed 9mm pistol, he sets it down on the table.
He unloads the magazine, then racking the slide to properly unload it.
He grabs a screwdriver of the appropriate side, beginning to unscrew the handle.
One by one, he carefully pulls apart the pistol, setting the pieces on the table.
He removes a wire brush from the toolkit, scraping off the gunpowder residue from the inside of the barrel, as well as some accumulated dirt.
Setting the brush down, he peers over the other pieces, noticing a bullet jammed in the slide.
He tut-tuts, picking up the screwdriver and using it to dislodge the round.
Looking the round over, he notices a slight dent in it from the jam, he flicks it away with disinterest.
He looks the pistol over more, deciding it's fine enough for sale. He reassembles the pistol, keeping it unloaded, and sets it away, standing up and hauling his toolkit with him.
